This route takes in the following Wainwrights:

Blencathra
Mungrisdale Common
Bannerdale crags
Bowscale fell
Souther fell

The route is 19 km with an elevation of 1092m, mostly front loaded on the blencathra climb. Medium to good fitness levels are advised
