Strength and Conditioning class

Looking for a way to help increase your kiddos strength and flexibility and also wear them out over the summer?… Come check out this strength and conditioning class at Nitro Cheer Gym on Coronado Drive just off of Junction Highway. The cost is per week so there’s no commitment in case you can’t make it every week. We work hard but have fun, too! Anyone 8 and up is welcome to join. Come check it out this Thursday at 530!
