Salsa Dance Workshop with Karla

Get ready to spice up your Saturdays this October! Our 4-week beginner Salsa series starts on October 11th and is designed to get you moving and grooving. From 6-7 PM each Saturday, instructor Karla Arias will guide you through the fundamental steps and turns of this energetic dance.

Salsa is not only a fantastic way to meet new people and have fun, but it's also a full-body workout that boosts your cardiovascular health, helps with weight management, and improves your balance and coordination. On top of the physical benefits, learning salsa can also reduce stress and boost your confidence.


No partner or prior experience is needed! The cost for the entire 4-week series is just $50, so grab a friend or come on your own and get ready to dance your way into a more active and vibrant life.
