Park Rx—Intermediate Hiking for Fitness (Autumn 2025)

If you have previously completed the Beginner Hiking for Fitness series, or can hike a little more than 4 miles with at least 1,000 ft of elevation, this series is for you! Join us in this 8-week program, where the leaders will guide you on a series of weekly hikes with the challenge increasing each week. The group’s final hike aims for Bald Mountain, where hikers can enjoy the stunning vistas from one of the tallest peaks in Sonoma County.

Wear appropriate footwear for rocky or slippery trails and layers, as the group hikes in light rains. Bring at least a quart of water, and if desired, a snack. Limited to 30 participants.
