The CDCDA will be having a community meeting on Thursday, August 28 at 7:00 pm.
While folks gear up for the upcoming school year, guest speaker, Ryan Hainstock will conduct a 30-minute presentation on Digital Citizenship, centering on the responsible and respectful use of technology online including:
- protecting privacy,
- engaging in ethical online behavior,
- navigating the digital world safely and effectively,
- understanding the impact of our actions online, and
- contributing positively to online communities.
Rick is the Coordinator of Educational Technology and Student Data with the Annapolis Valley Regional Centre for Education. Ryan also is a part-time professor at Acadia University where he teaches Technology methodology courses to Education students.
