Fiddlin’ Around

Roger Stone is an accomplished musician, songwriter and teacher from Cape Breton. A proficient multi-instrumentalist, he has an active career, performing solo, with others and with the well-loved Nova Scotia band McGinty. With performances at festivals like Celtic Colors and Halifax Celtic Fest, he’s poised for a strong Small Halls debut! Since forming in 1997, The Fiddlers’ Sons list of accomplishments and accolades has grown to rival that of any traditional music group in the Maritimes. They have released eight recordings, been awarded numerous Music PEI Awards and have shared the stage with the likes of John Allan Cameron, Lennie Gallant and Rawlins Cross. They’ve become integral to the Islands culture and music scene.
