Looking for an unforgettable summer experience for your budding artist? 🌞 Anderson Arts Center is thrilled to host 3 weeks of creative fun and learning in our Summer Art Camps, located in the Kady Faulkner building on the north end of the back Kemper parking lot. Each week is tailored to inspire different age groups with unique themes, guided by our talented artists. Check out what we’ve got planned:
All camps run Mon-Fri from 9AM-12PM.
🌟 Week 1: “Let’s Upcycle”

🎨 Led by Peggy Burke
Your little ones will unleash their creativity by transforming recycled and reused items into fun and imaginative art pieces. It’s all about giving old things new life while having a blast! ♻️
🌟 Week 2: “2 or 3-D Let’s Create and See”
📅 July 21-25, 2025
👦 Ages 10-13
🎨 Led by Barb Fielder
From faux bark painting to nature art relief, your child will explore various materials and techniques to create stunning 2D and 3D masterpieces. Watch their artistic imagination come to life! 🌿🎭
🌟 Week 3: “Art: Pastime or Profession”

👩🎨 Ages 14-17
🎨 Led by Christina Rinaldi
Teens will dive into the world of professional art, learning to create, sign, and frame their own pieces while exploring the works of Henri Matisse. Who knows? This could be the start of their artistic career! 🖼️🖌️
