Chris’s 5K walk/run

Join us for a 5k run (or walk) to honor Chris at his favorite place Harbor Park CrossFit.

“One day you won’t be able to run again, today is not that day, today we run for those who can’t”

Let’s honor our friend, family member and gym partner by doing one of his favorite things: exercise in the form of a 5k! 🏃

There will also be raffle baskets, & a 50/50 raffle so please plan to bring cash! All proceeds will be donated to Royal Kids Camp, one of Chris’s favorite local organizations to volunteer at. Royal Kids Camp provides a free week of camp to local foster children where they are treated like complete royalty! He volunteered a week there last Summer and said it was life changing and so special. ☀️
