Celebrate Mother's Day: Acrylic Painting with Alicia Kejick

In celebration of Mother’s Day, join local artist Alicia Kejick for the afternoon on May 10 from 1-3:30pm where you will paint a beautiful gift for your mother, or motherly figure, on canvas. You’ll learn the basics of working with acrylic paints in a relaxing environment. Design ideas will be provided by Alicia to help you honour “mom” in the best way and include your own personal touch.

Registration and payment are required to reserve your space in this program, and can be completed in-person at the Douglas Family Art Centre, 224 Main St. S. or online:

The cost to register is $45 +HST, or $40.50 +HST for MUSE members. Limited to 12 participants. All materials are supplied.
