Join us at the Layered Studio for a for a fun and laid-back cooking experience where students will learn how to make pumpkin ravioli with the Layered ladies.
During this class you will learn how to:
Make pasta dough using pumpkin puree with the food processor method
Make a pumpkin ricotta filling with a hint of Calabrian Chili Pepper
Roll, fill, seal, and cut the ravioli
Cook pasta to perfection
Make a parmigiano and sage cream sauce with crispy prosciutto, sage, and bread crumb toppings
We will also be providing:
Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages
A plate of the pasta and sauce in class to enjoy
The recipes and step-by-step instructions
