In this class, you will learn to:
Prepare fresh ricotta cheese, the key component of the cannoli filling.
Create the cannoli shell dough, shape it using cannoli tubes, and fry it to golden perfection.
Sweeten the ricotta cheese to achieve the ideal cannoli filling.
Fill the crispy shells and adorn them with traditional toppings.
