Lifted’s OMside ~ Country 🤠 edition with Faith

This month we'll be guided by Faith, our country girl from Texas, for some country yoga fun!! Come get down to a country style playlist and some fun yoga moves!! ~

Lifted's OMside ~ Where spirituality meets fun! Every month a different theme with a different Lifted instructor! Expect low lights, club beats, fun themes, enlightening yoga movements and maybe the occasional dance party! Who said spiritualuity had to be boring! You can expect a modern twist on an ancient practice, making it accessible, fun and enlightening! All in the safe space of the studio! No judgement here, just a good time for the body, mind and spirit on the OMside!

This event is donation based. Please give what you can if you can. We suggest $5, but no one will be turned away due to lack of payment.
