I will walk you through breath, movement, grounding, shaking and many more modalities that will help reset your nervous system and allow you to be more centered with your thoughts and embody your actions.

Please bring a yoga mat or towel and a water bottle. Invite a friend the more the merrier!

Cost per class is $15 can can be paid in cash or via Cash App or Venmo day of.
