In order to attend this class you must be 13+ years old.

Please note that these monthly sessions are only for the general public and non-academy individuals. If you are students at Shin's Taekwondo Academy and go to regular classes during the week, we ask that you do not register.

Please wear comfortable clothing such as a t-shirt and sweatpants.

We ask that you bring a water bottle to this event. There is a water filling station at the academy.
