Hot Yoga Posture Workshop (Part 2)
Come join us for this all levels two-hour interactive workshop. Learn about the 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises that emphasize balance, flexibility, and strength in the Hot/Hatha/Bikram yoga practice. In Part 1, we broke down each of the standing poses with the purpose and benefits, proper alignment and form, as well as ways to use blocks and straps. In Part 2, we will break down each of the floor poses.
New and experienced yogis are welcome to evolve, grow, and expand their practice. Room will be warm but not actively heated. Bring your mat, towel, water bottle, and desire to play and learn. Space is limited so be sure to sign up ahead of time to reserve your spot!
