Hot Yoga Posture Workshop- Part 1

Join Rachel for this all levels two-hour interactive workshop. Learn about the 26 postures that emphasize balance, flexibility, and strength in the Hot/Hatha/Bikram yoga practice.

We will break down each pose with the purpose and benefits, proper alignment and form, as well as ways to use blocks and straps. In Part 1 we will do the standing series (May 10th 12-2 PM). In part 2 we will do the floor series (May 17th 12-2 PM).

New and experienced yogis are welcome to evolve, grow, and expand their practice. This workshop will be non-heated.
Bring your mat, towel, water bottle, and desire to play and learn. Space is limited so be sure to sign up ahead of time to reserve your spot!

Cost: $40 for one session or $60 for both
