Beer + Yoga at Postdoc Brewing Kenmore

The morning begins with an hour long, all levels, Yoga practice. Immediately following our practice we will move to the bar for a pint of your favorite Postdoc brew. Leave your worries at the door, get your body in motion, taste some of the Eastside's finest craft beer, and get to know your community.

About the Venue: They make a range of beers at Postdoc Brewing. You can expect a perfect Pacific Northwest lineup at their core, and they fill in the corners with sour and barrel-aged beers. Every beer is made with a focus on delivering the best possible experience to the customer. Their taproom offers a relaxed environment, with blended natural woods and lots of reclaimed pieces throughout to create a warm, inviting location to enjoy the latest beverages. They are also kid and dog-friendly - so bring them too.

What time do doors open?Doors open at 10:15am. We advise arriving early to give you a chance to set up your mat and get to know those around you.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?Nope. In fact, we encourage you to use your mobile ticket. Save the trees!
