Rent Smart: Looking for Housing-The Basics

Learn the basics of a housing search. This includes where to search, tenant screening information, best tips for finding a rental, tax credit housing, information on holding deposits and overcoming rental barriers such as criminal history and evictions on record.

A visiting attorney from the Tenant Law Center will be on hand to help with answering questions.
