The first official ICS VCFSE Collaborative Assembly for Coventry and Warwickshire.
‘Working collaboratively as a sector to support Prevention and Reduce Health Inequality’
This Assembly is the first official annual event of the VCFSE Collaborative, bringing the sector together organisations from across the Integrated Care System (Coventry and Warwickshire), to discuss and share ideas on how it can engage and work together to help reduce health inequality.
This session welcomes any shape and size VCFSE organisation from Coventry and Warwickshire to join the Assembly. The Assembly is particularly keen to hear the voices of smaller community organisations and groups to help shape the future of the Collaborative and the ICS' relationship with the sector.
Collaborative working is very much a focus of the Integrated Care System and the VCFSE are a vital partner in supporting health, care, and wellbeing of the population, especially through prevention and reaching people and communities often missed by traditional services and pathways to health and social care services.
The ASSEMBLY will include
- Launch of the ICS VCFSE Collaborative (Coventry & Warwickshire) & Meet Representatives of the VCFSE Collaborative
- ICS Updates
- Building the Membership Portal
- Topic/themed based discussion groups to gather insight into specific communities or health conditions
- Meet and Chat to representatives to gather insight and inform 'voice'
- Introduction to the ICS Prevention Strategy
You do not need to be a current member of the Collaborative to register. We welcome any group or organisation interested in the work of the ICS across Coventry and Warwickshire.
