This isn’t just another EV showcase — this is our chance as a community of drivers to make the Westmorland and Furness Council’s event Let’s Go EV! even—better.
We’re inviting EV owners from across the region to come along, park up, and be part of a friendly, hands‑on display. Bring your pride and joy, pop the boot, and show the public what real EV life looks like.
Here’s what we’ll be doing together with NorthWest EV Owners Group:
🔌 Vehicle‑to‑Load in action — kettles on, hot chocolates, teas, maybe even some toasty sausage rolls.
💬 Myth‑busting chats — answer the curious questions, gently tackle the sceptics, and share your lived experience.
🚗 Show & tell — let people peek inside, sit in, and see what everyday EV ownership feels like.
🤝 Community spirit — no sales pitch, no pressure, just drivers helping drivers (and future drivers).
Dealerships will be there too, but let’s be honest — we usually know more about Battery Electric Vehicles than they do. That’s why our presence matters: we’re here with nothing to sell, just stories to share.

Bring your V2L kit if you’ve got one — kettles, induction hobs, fairy lights, whatever makes it fun.
