Cookbook Supper - Waste Into Wellbeing

Join us for an evening of good food and convivial dining at our Cookbook Supper. Your three-course meal will be cooked by Steven Doherty, Britain's first three-star Michelin chef, and Waste Into Wellbeing Kitchen Lead David Naylor.

You’ll also receive a mystery cookbook from Steven's extensive collection amassed over nearly 50 years. Steven has very generously donated a large selection of these to support our fundraising effort. You may be lucky and get one of Steven's signed copies!

We encourage you to bring your own tipple where our volunteers will be happy to cork your favourite bottle of something. There will be a raffle that will be drawn to raise vital funds for Waste into Wellbeing.

It's a great excuse to get together with friends, family and colleagues.

In the spirit of Waste into Wellbeing, you and your fellow guests will be seated together with others on tables of 6-8.

Spaces are limited to 50 diners, our recent pop-up restaurant nights have been sold out in an impressive 48 hours, so book early to avoid disappointment.
