I’m Lena Parsons, an experienced relationship coach based in Kendal, and I warmly invite you to join our next Women’s Circle gathering.

I’ll be guiding you through a collage experience with coaching tools and reflective practices — this is more than just arts and crafts. You’ll leave with a visual map of your intentions for the months ahead.
As always, we’ll share my traditional apple pie and herbal tea during the evening - a nourishing pause as we create and connect.
