Ginger Bakers was established in 2006. 20 years on and they are still doing what they love and are more passionate than ever. They will be taking a close look at their Gluten Free products, looking at how they make them work and handing on tips and tricks to producing successful conventional and free from cakes.
The evening will include:
- History of Ginger Bakers, where they are today and where they were 20 years ago.
- What they make, why they make it and who they make it for
- Why they also make free from
- How they create and develop products
- How they have evolved but have always kept to their principles
- The Future!
Plus they will demonstrate how to make a good gluten free cake and then show ways in which it can be adapted and elevated giving you the confidence to be creative and innovative!
