Bump Start: Postpartum support

Bump Start is a FREE weekly group for expectant parents to connect with each other and build their village. We have a themed discussion and guest speaker each week to support you through your pregnancy, birth and transition to parenthood.

This week at Bump Start we will be talking about *Postpartum Support* with Colette Heavyside-Reid.

Colette is a new parent who has supported her partner through pregnancy, birth, and those early months. She knows first-hand just how much difference the right support can make. Through her work, she offers kind and practical help for families at home. She’s passionate about easing the pressures of those early weeks, giving parents space to rest, recover, and bond with their baby.

During this session, Colette will share her own journey as a birth partner. She will talk about the kinds of support that really help new families. Colette will also offer gentle ideas for preparing for life after birth.
