POSTNATAL YOGA

Hi Mamas! I’m offering a new POSTNATAL YOGA SERIES. Classes begin next Monday @ 9:15 and will be held @ the Peak Community and Wellness Center in Littleton, CO.

This five-week series is for you if:
- You are an experienced yogi looking to return to your yoga practice safely after having a baby
- You are a new student looking to start a gentle postpartum exercise routine
- You want to build strength (especially in your core!) and ease the aches and pains that come from caring for a baby
- You want to feel more connected and confident in your postpartum body
- You are a mom looking for an hour self-care each week and a chance to meet other new mamas in the area
