After class, enjoy a break to explore the peaceful grounds of Asanda Yoga’s serene property. Breathe in the calm, then treat yourself to a beautifully curated high tea lunch, including a selection of:
• Freshly cut sandwiches
• Mini scones with jam and cream
• A delightful assortment of mini desserts

In the afternoon, I’ll guide you through a fun and relaxed alcohol ink art workshop. Discover the fluid beauty of this vibrant medium through playful experimentation. You’ll learn techniques like blending, layering, and how to use tools like felt, brushes, and air to move the inks. Then, you’ll create your own abstract floral or landscape artwork on synthetic paper—no experience necessary, just an openness to let go and enjoy the process.
