Come experience a moment of stillness in the cozy warmth of the Kemptville Campus Greenhouses, surrounded by nature with a peaceful meditation hosted by Bracken; an experienced meditation teacher, helping souls to better navigate the human experience. Come in comfy clothes. Bring a yoga mat, cushion and/or blanket for the coziest experience. (Chairs are also available, if preferred.)
All levels welcome. No experience necessary.

$25 per single session via Eventbrite but drop-ins are welcome!
