The root cause of sickness and disease is stress. So, what can we do about it? Science tells us very simply that by calming our nervous systems and bringing ourselves out of our fight/flight/freeze reactions, we can switch on our parasympathetic nervous which allows us to not only rest, but also digest what life offers us.
So, if you are experiencing feelings of anxiety, fear, irritation, anger, sadness, confusion and you feel it is impacting your physical, emotional, and mental well-being, then you will not want to miss this healing journey.
When we come together to breathe, especially in salt environments that naturally absorb toxins, we heal ourselves from the inside out. We are not meant to move through these stressful times alone. The journey is guided by a beautifully crafted soundtrack that will allow you to reach deeper states of consciousness, where the higher mind exists. Hypnosis is when the brain creates theta brainwaves which allows us to access "flow" state. From that state, we move out of survival mode and into a thrive state. From that place, we come back to homeostasis and into well-being.
