Aqua Zumba SWR

So it's on!! Aqua Zumba is starting in South West Rocks next Wednesday morning, 8th of October at 8.15am. Come along to South West Rocks Pool and enjoy a fun class of dance in the water. Just $15 for a 45 minute class, or save money and buy a block of 10 classes for $130. This includes your pool entry for the day.
If you've always wanted to give Zumba a try this is an excellent way to enjoy the experience even if you have joint or movement issues. The water is a safe and supportive environment for exercise.
