Join us for Mindful Meditation, presented by Cowlitz Metaphysics!

Mindful Meditation is on Fridays at Tam O’Shanter Park from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM, June 6 - August 22, 2025.

Mindful Meditation will not meet on Friday, July 4, 2025.

Guided meditation, breathwork, & sound healing!

This program is for adults who are:
* Curious about meditation
* Interested in alternative therapies
* Interested in a positive start to their weekend
* Wanting to connect with other individuals who share the same interests

FREE! No registration required. All are welcome.
