The Death of a Loved One

Have you recently lost someone in your life?
Are you finding it hard to cope with grief on your own? Drop in for coffee and conversation with other men grieving the loss of a loved one and receive informal, genuine support. The loss of a loved one can be tremendously challenging. The Men’s Coffee and Grief & Loss Support group provides
an informal yet uplifting setting where men can come together to share their stories and support one another. By connecting with others who have experienced similar loss, men can feel less alone in their journey towards healing.

COMMON TOPICS DISCUSSED IN GRIEF SUPPORT GROUPS
INCLUDE:
• Managing memories and flashbacks
• Going through the firsts after a loss
(first birthday, first holiday, etc.)
• The feeling of emptiness
• Dealing with grief
• Handling the possessions of your loved one
• Coping and self-care
