Tired of the old treadmill and weights at your local gym? Want to try something new to really impress your friends? Join us every Thursday from 7:15pm - 8:15pm at Madkatz Boxing!
During our classes we focus on fitness conditioning excersices to keep you fit, basic boxing techniques (cool moves to show off on Instagram), and growth towards a friendly & welcoming community. All you need to bring is a water bottle and comfortable workout gear.
Plus, your first class is free to try! So come drop on in, no need to fill out a registration form, just pop on by and check us out.
Our address is: Madkatz Boxing - 1934 Evergreen Ct #3, Kelowna, BC V1Y 0L3. Park anywhere in the culdesac, come through the fence gate, and the second door on your left is the entrance.
