Reiki Level 1 – The Foundation

Reiki Level 1 is a sacred initiation into the flow of life force energy and the beginning of your journey as a practitioner. Through a powerful attunement and guided practice, you will learn:
- The foundations and history of Reiki
- Benefits of Reiki
- Reiki attunement ceremony to open your channel to universal energy
- Meditation, grounding, and space clearing practices
- The chakra system and how it relates to healing
- How to prepare for and perform Reiki on yourself, others, and animals
- Hand placements, Reiki practices, and spiritual techniques for balance and clarity
- 30-day integration regimen to anchor your learning into daily life
Integration and Certification
As a Reiki Teacher and Master, I honor the integration process. Attunements and energy shifts take time, about four weeks for Level 1, allowing the energy to settle.
Your certificate will be ready once your practicum is completed, at least 30 days after your course, which can be done online from home with a short review and practice check or during the practicum in class at level 2 (if you decide to move forward on the journey). This ensures your learning becomes embodied and honors the depth of the practice itself.
