You’ll move through a guided, curiosity-driven activity using creative prompts and Spontaneity Dice (AND you’ll get your own set to keep!). It’s a playful reset that helps you reconnect with yourself, your senses, and the joy of the present moment.

This isn’t about being good at something. It’s about remembering how it feels to be you again.
