Come learn powerful tools for releasing tension and opening internal aspects of the body!

This course will be about furthering your energetic practice through developing the quality of release, called Song. Learn to release tensions on physical, energetic and mental levels so that you create space within and can open the channels.

Nikolas will go in-detail about Song release, instructing students into developing this quality so that it carries into the rest of your life beyond training. This is an important quality to develop for continuing Nei Gong training and for letting go of tensions. We'll be doing breathwork and various exercises to learn Song release.

Nei Gong translates to "skill of the internal environment/microcosm." When we develop our internal energy (Qi) our health and well-being benefit greatly, our mind-body connection increases and we begin to unlock our potential as a human being. Cultivate awareness and generate transformation of your being on physical, energetic and spiritual levels.

Your instructor, Nikolas Benedikt, has been studying the Daoist Arts for over a decade and is a certified instructor of Lotus Nei Gong International. He has a strong background of martial arts and began subtle energetic practice with Qi Gong in 2010. He's studied closely with his teachers, Damo Mitchell and Roni Edlund, since 2013 and has spent 7 consecutive summers training full-time in a retreat setting in the forests of Sweden. His expertise is in the energetic art of Nei Gong which includes Qi Gong, Dao Yin though his studies also include Internal Alchemy (Nei Dan Gong), Taijiquan, Baguazhang, Chinese Medicine and meditation.

The course will take place from 9am-12 noon at the Rotary Centre for the Arts in Kelowna, BC, on Saturday, November 9th, 2024.
