National Adoption Week runs July 21–27, and we’re wrapping it up with an exciting in-person adoption event this Sunday at PetSmart Kelowna!
Looking for your new furry family member? Over 20 adorable cats and kittens will be on-site with Okanagan Humane Society and ready to meet you!
✅ All cats and kittens are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped
✅ Adoption interviews conducted on-site — first come, first served based on best fit
✅ Please bring a carrier (or purchase one in-store)
❗ No pre-applications — you must attend the event to apply
🐱 Can’t make the event or looking at more options to adopt?
We have many other pets available through our foster homes before and after the event!

PetSmart is accepting donations all week during National Adoption Week to support OHS foster animals. Simply add a cat, dog, kitten, or puppy food item to your purchase — donations will be accepted at the till.
