Lift + Flow at Rustic Reel Brewing Company – In Support of The Bridge Youth & Family Services!

3 local trainers. One epic Pride Month celebration.

This isn’t just another workout—it’s a vibrant, inclusive, high-energy experience where we move, sweat, and stand together for 2SLGBTQ+ youth in our community.

The Rundown:
Warm-Up: Get grounded and energized with a 10-minute mobility warm-up.
Workout: Power through a 45-minute strength session using weights and bands—accessible for all levels.
Yoga Flow: Cool it down with a 20-minute flow to reset, reconnect, and restore.
Featuring guest yoga teacher Tara Greer

DJ GSNAY will be spinning live beats throughout the workout!

What to Bring:
✔️ Outdoor runners 🏃‍♀️
✔️ Water bottle 💦
✔️ Yoga mat 🧘‍♂️ (or a towel if you don't have a mat)
✔️ Option to wear bright colours 🏳️‍🌈

The Best Part?
After the sweat, stick around at Rustic Reel for a post-movement hangout—grab a cold bevvy (beer, mocktail, or whatever you like to sip on) and enjoy some delicious eats from their coffee bar or restaurant.

We'll also be raffling off some local prizes—We’re talkin’ EPIC local prizes—if you know, you know. And if you don’t? Time to find out.

Why We’re Doing This:
This month, we’re raising funds for The Bridge Youth & Family Services, specifically Etcetera Youth Group, a vital local organization that provides mental health care, housing supports, and safe spaces for 2SLGBTQ+ youth right here in Kelowna. A portion of every ticket sale—and 100% of raffle proceeds—goes straight to supporting their life-changing programs.
