About the event

Intro to Ayurveda Workshop

I'm partnering up with Toasty to host an introductory workshop about Ayurevda.

**Ayurveda means “Science of life” in sanskrit.**

**It has a long and rich history of helping individuals on their self-healing journey. It’s a guide towards optimum health, peace of mind, and well-being.**

I've started a new chapter as an *Ayurvedic Health Councelor Intern* this month, and want to share this way of life with our community.

July 16 @ 9am - Come see what it's all about and enjoy a bevy and a treat as well!
