Healing At The Root

Discover how your body holds the map to deep healing. In this workshop, you’ll learn to listen to your body’s signals to uncover the hidden roots of illness, labels, or imbalance, and non-serving belief patterns or cycles that keep repeating.

Guided by Chelsie and Connor through breathwork, visualization, and the Akashic Records—supported by Hand Pan sound frequencies—you’ll be led to the origin point of these patterns and offered an energy transmission to clear and integrate.

Our body is a beautiful messenger. What appears in the macrocosm—the physical body—first arises within the microcosm, our energetic field. Together, we’ll explore how the Akashic Records relate to physical dis-ease, illness, and discomfort, but also to the subconscious stories and limiting programs that shape our lives. You’ll also learn to recognize the body’s natural yes/no responses as a guide.

Once the conflict is identified, you’ll be guided into the “story” of where it first took root. With Connor's sound journey weaving frequencies throughout, you’ll be supported in accessing your own Records to uncover the origin point.

Whether you see, sense, hear, feel—or simply relax into the music—you will receive exactly what is meant for you.

We’ll close with a short energy transmission and space to integrate, journal, and share in conversation.
