Savour & Stillness: A Yin, Chocolate & Sound Bath Experience

This fall, we invite you to slow down, ground, and reconnect with a three-part evening series designed to nourish your body and senses.

We’ll begin with a mindful chocolate ritual led by Sheryne from Innermind Chocolates. With her guidance, we’ll take a pause to savour with intention — an opening that invites presence and sets the tone for the rest of the evening.

From there, we’ll move into a gentle Yin practice guided by Sam of Love Elevate , supported by live sound. Sheryne will guide us with crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments as we rest in long, supported postures. Oils will also be offered throughout the night to deepen grounding and connection through the senses.

This evening isn’t about doing more. It’s about giving yourself permission to rest, reset, and be in community. Think of it as a seasonal pause button to carry you through the months ahead.
