Join us for an immersive evening of sound healing focused on the Sacral Chakra — the energy center of creativity, flow, and emotional expression. Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, and other sacred instruments, you’ll be guided into a state of release, inspiration, and energetic harmony.
Why the Sacral Chakra?
When balanced, the Sacral Chakra awakens joy, passion, and authentic connection allowing emotions, creativity, and pleasure to flow freely. This sound journey will help you dissolve energetic blocks, rekindle your inner spark, and invite a deeper sense of fluidity and emotional balance into your life.
Please bring:
A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
A blanket(s) and pillow(s) for warmth and support
Water bottle
Journal and an open heart
What we will be doing:
• Opening Chakra Talk – A brief, insightful introduction to the Sacral Chakra: its emotional and energetic role, signs of imbalance, and ways to restore harmony
• Guided Meditation & Breathwork – Grounding practices to settle the nervous system and prepare the body for sound healing
• Intentional Sound Bath – A rich tapestry of tones using crystal bowls, drums, chimes, and other instruments—each played with the intention of supporting Sacral Chakra alignment
• Group Resonance – Shared energy amplifies healing; feel supported by the collective field
• Integration & Reflection – Gentle closing with optional journaling, tea, or quiet space to absorb the journey
You will be here the sounds and vibrations from brass singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and more.
Each first Tuesday of the month; 6pm to 8pm; $37/person at 2041 Harvey Ave (upstairs in the Apple Blossom Room at the Kelowna Event Centre).
