Free Yin/Yang Community Yoga Class

Join Samantha as she guides us to establish a strong mind-body connection, get the energy moving in our systems, and release any lingering tension and stress we have been carrying.

The first half will be active and get the heart rate up and make us feel and build our muscles. The second half will be all about the chill to nurture and regulate our nervous systems.

We will leave the space feeling embodied, present, and with a heightened sense of awareness and gratitude for our precious lives.
