Self-Care Sunday: “Intellect and Knowing Yourself” with Behavioral Scientist & Expert ADAIRE BYERLY

This free event series is created in three parts, and you can benefit from attending any or all of them as well. There are no age restrictions, but it is geared toward teens and adults. We hope to provide a community activity for more than just our stand artists. This is open to all. Register in advance or just show up.
As artists, we pour ourselves into every performance, every project—but this summer, it’s time to pour back into yourself.

Join us for three intentional workshops designed to restore your soul, renew your mind, and remind you of the One who created you to create. This is more than self-care. It’s sacred space.

Come stand with us on AUGUST 17th, 24th, and 31st from 5-7PM
This series is free and easily enjoyed in part or in whole.
