Project YOU 200 HR Teacher Training

The journey begins this August
Join us for Project YOU, Keller Yoga’s 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, a transformational experience designed for those who want to explore yoga deeply—whether to teach or to elevate their personal practice.

This hybrid training includes in-person sessions and at-home learning, with a focus on yoga asana alignment and cueing, anatomy & physiology, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, and an introduction to Ayurveda.
