It’s All About The Appraisal- CE

The course first touches on the definition/ recognition of a valid appraisal and the elements of the appraisal process before addressing how to proceed if a property does not appraise for the contract price. Special attention is given to the appropriateness of comparables used in the appraisal process and how to address issues with the appraisal with the lender.
