This offering is created to be accessible for anyone interested in cultivating a yoga practice.

What to expect: beginner-friendly somatic yoga with intention setting, guided meditation, breath practice, somatic release + freedom of choice!

This is an outdoor practice. Dress comfy and weather-appropriate. Bring any comfort items you’d like, a yoga mat or towel or blanket, water, and yourself! Bug spray or oils are encouraged.

Donation-based practice. GIVE WHAT FEELS GOOD!

A registration waiver is required for participation.
