Chakra Workshop

In this 2 hour workshop, you will learn about each of the 7 Chakras, Yoga poses and positive affirmations for opening these Chakras.

Each participant will receive Crystals and Essential Oils for each Chakra and a heart opening Cacao tea.

The session will end with a mini 15 min sound bath.

Participants will be provided with digital download of the material discussed in the workshop.
