Whether you're stepping on the platform for the first time or you're a seasoned lifter, this meet is for you. Join us for a full day of lifting, community, and competition.

• Warm-ups Begin: 9:00 AM
• Lifting Starts: 10:00 AM

• Squat, Bench, and Deadlift
• Open to ALL lifting levels
• Great atmosphere, solid judging, and support from the WCS crew

🎯 Need help getting meet-ready?
Join one (or all!) of our Powerlifting Technique Workshops led by WCS trainers.
Each session covers:
• Squat, bench, and deadlift form coaching
• Accessory work to address sticking points
• Meet-day commands, cues, and rack height setup
