Next in our exciting series of Forest Foraging is Yaupon Tea, known as the "Black Drink". Come learn to identify and harvest the Louisiana-native Yaupon holly. Discover it's deep cultural history and how to process, roast and brew your own Black Drink Tea.
Includes a guided hike. collecting basket, a special pin and Yaupon tea bags to enjoy at home.
