Join us for a relaxing and chilled evening of gentle yoga, suitable for all. The event will take place in a peaceful and calming atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and de-stressing. The session will be led by Scott, my son, of Serenity Sounds, and will feature a variety of calming and soothing exercises to help you unwind and relax. The event is priced at £20 per person, and we encourage you to bring all things snuggly, such as a mat, blanket, sleeping bag, pillow, water, and a smile.
